Explain in English what this Mathematica expression says.!(a&&b)==(!a||!b)/.{a→True,b→False

Answer:

The negation of the quantity A and B is the same as not A or not B when A is set to True and B is set to False.

All I was looking for here was that you understood what the logical notation and the /. stuff means.
