  clubs or organizations. Our ultimate acceptance and fulfillment of
  requested purchase orders does, of course, depend upon our solid
  verification of the purchaser's qualification in this regard.

  To make a Purchase Order online as a qualified entity or
  organization, simply place your order as normal via our Shopping
  Cart... Upon reaching the initial secure order form(just after
  clicking "COMPLETE ORDER..."), be sure that ALL the applicable info
  is filled in under "Billing Address" and "Shipping Address",
  inclusive of all name and contact info relating to your school, club
  or organization. Then, please select the "Purchase Order" option
  under "Credit Card Payment, PayPal, or Purchase Order(for Schools,
  Clubs, eligible Resellers...)"; then continue and complete your
  purchase as normal. You/your organization may be shortly contacted
  for confirmation; and before shipment of requested merchandise.

  Alternatively, you may also fax or mail in your purchase order
  request via our printable order form; on which you would indicate
  that it is a "Purchase Order". If needed or preferred, your purchase
