Vacuum Cleaner World

vacuum.cpp is the source code.  There is no current output file as it 
doesn't compile under gcc (and I cannot figure a way to fix the errors it 
gives to me).  Visual C++ had no problem compiling and running it.  Other 
than the problem mentioned in the header of vacuum.cpp and the lack of 
scorekeeping, this program runs perfectly.
