1. The user is responsible for any damage, to themself or others, 
	resulting from their execution of this application, or 
	compilation of the source code.

2. The user MAY modify and release the source code ONLY with the 
	expressed permission of the author, Gabriel Lein. At this 
	point, the resulting code is the sole responsibility of 
	the modifier.

3. The user MAY distribute this software freely ONLY if the 
	End User License Agreement, source code, and Readme 
	are included with it.

4. It is FORBIDDEN to make money off of this work.

5. This software MAY NOT be used by any military, or for any
	military sponsored project. Organizations such as
	colleges recieving military funding may still use this
	software for non-military related purposes.

6. Anyone who conducts research with this code MAY want to 
	give me thanks in any involved write-up. They also MAY
	make a small monetary donation if they liked the
	software.
