LZRW4

The LZRW4 algorithm was an attempt to create a hybrid of the high speed LZ algorithms and the variable-order Markov algorithms. The algorithm was implemented in experimental form, but a production version was never created. The experimental code appears at the end of old_lzrw4.txt.
