http://www.ccs.neu.edu/people/faculty/vkp.html "Professor Proulx focuses on curricula, pedagogy, and the development of teaching materials and supporting software for teaching software design at all levels.", which sounds nice, but she hasn't written any papers that cite any educationalists.
http://www.ccs.neu.edu/people/faculty/matthias.html see above, except minus the stated educational focus.
http://www.middlebury.edu/academics/cs/faculty/mdickerson Matthew Dickerson - site claims he has published articles on CS education but does not list them.
http://www.cs.umass.edu/faculty/directory/woolf_beverly - another one where the stated interest is good...but then she goes off and does all this stuff with multimedia systems.
http://www.unhm.unh.edu/faculty-staff/campus-directory/view-faculty.php?facultyID=442&id=3 - seems almost perfect; she does constraint satisfaction problems, which the TSP is, and she does education stuff. Look for papers to see if the education stuff is related.
http://cs.union.edu/~barrv/ - cs education listed as interest; no papers; some possible presentations though.
