For the purposes of this report, we will consider all the food that is served through our dining services from the grower to Marlboro College. We want to consider generally whether sustainable measures were used to produce this food (i.e. organic), roughly the distance food travels to get to us, and what our food service's values about sustainability are. Daniel Kalla: The first part of the statement is really good, but you need to finish the second paragraph. The other thing is that I think you should include total food consumed, and possibly amount composted if we don't mind a bit of overlap.
