PogoISP is a programming bed for AVR microcontrollers. The target board is pressed onto pogo pins to be programmed, so the ISP header pins do not need to be soldered on. I've made two designs; one is an adapter for an AVR ISP programmer, and the other is a full
USBtinyISP programmer with pogo pins.
