We mentioned the tinkertoy tic tac toe machine, and talked some about logic and circuits.

We went over the distictions between memory, cache, and when it is "volitile."

We spent some time talking about how much information you could put in one byte (8 bits), namely 2⁸ = 256 different things, and how base 2 works in general. I counted on my fingers in binary.
