Planning

• To get around the problem of the admin needing to change authors of each group node to change the group manager (the person who can add or remove subscribers and administer forums), we could create a tmmanager user that could have permissions to edit and create all groups and change the authorship of each group.
• The group manager of Town Meeting can use the organic roles module to assign any subscribers different roles allowed to them by the admin - e.g. a Selectboard role that could create committee content, etc.
• This person would still have to add all new community members and delete old ones individually
