For starters, I removed all of the extra stuff that was still sitting around the module, like the cards panel and that long list of hero cards. I've used the charts tab to create a list of hero sheets (now called merc sheets, to fit the mercenary theme of the game). The merc sheets are now the appropriate size and can easily fit onto one screen. I've also made a number of changes to the components, such as making all of the pieces deletable and compressing the hexagon shaped pieces into one piece with multiple layers (now called spawn point).
I've also learned how to use multi-zoned grids to create a series of small square grids in different places around the card (such as on the health and experience bars). I've noticed some sort of bug with the irregular grid, though. When I try to define an irregular grid on the actions, any grid locations I try to put below a certain area glitch out and won't let me edit them. For now, I've removed the irregular grid entirely. It's still easy enough for players to move pieces around where they want them to be.
I've now created a global key command which toggles the visibility of all pieces with the 'invisible' trait and added a button to the toolbar which activates this key command. I had to do some forum crawling (and a little bit of guesswork) to figure it out, but I got it working. Right now, this command toggles only the visibility of your own pieces, so the blue player can't make the red player's pieces visible.
Unfortunately, I was messing around a bit with the different sides and I've run into a problem. The invisibility trait doesn't seem to actually make the pieces invisible to the other side. The description of the trait says that it makes the piece invisible to other 'players.' So, if two players are playing online, it should theoretically work. But one player switching sides can still see all of the pieces, no matter which side they belong to. So, that kind of limits the possibility of local play.
Anyway, I've uploaded the most recent version. It only has two different merc sheets in at present, since getting the grids to line up on different sheets is time consuming and I wanted to get to the toggling invisibility stuff.
