For February 24

• Readings from the book on Remote Sensing with a chapter on Agricultural applications

• Figure out EDVI and EVI data sources and uses (as possible - check Middlebury or other tutorials)

• Adam - read article on Brazil and coffee yields through Remote Sensing.

• Article on Banana, Coffee, Soy Beans and disease assessment.

• Recreate maps from Brazil on coffee land (or other examples from the reading).

• Attempt raster analysis in GRASS - Raster Calculations based on color/band/wavelength in order to determine ground cover (trees/fields/dirt/etc.)
