I added some CSS to the cookie to make it look like the example you shared with us(see below). But that broke it, so I'm going to debug it today and figure out what the issue is. You can reach it thorough jim@leslienate.tech, its in cd /usr/lib/cgi-bin, do "vim CookieDemo.py"
