The visual design and layout is arwen54's Transparent Fluidity on oswd.org. Clean, simple, and very nice. The original flower background can be seen on the javascript page.
My modifications include
- adding a blurb below the title,
- changing the background to the kite,
- using centered dots in the footer, and condensing it,
- re-working the distance units for the navigation tabs to allow them to work with a variety of font sizes, and
- turned off the grey-themed link colors and decorations, letting them instead be set by the browser preferences, and
- adding more styled elements within the content section such as h3's and floated images.
With more time I probably would have played around with the color scheme. But I think it works OK with the original colors.
