Functional Components

I've been developing this system as a series of functional components which can be used as the need arises. Below is a list of currently functional components and their usage :

Admin.php (Source) : Add a user to the document database
Index.php (Source) : Authenticates a user, then presents a menu of possible actions.
NewDoc.php (Source) : Enter a new personal document using an FCKEditor
Upload.php (Source) : Enter bibliographic information and upload a public document
