• Active Calculus, by Boelkins.
• Here's the electronic library shelf in the middle of the calculus section. However, I recommend going there (or looking on my office shelves) in person. Any of the big standard books cover roughly the same material: finding one that suits you is worthwhile as a supplement to (or even as mostly a replacent for) Strang.

• Paul's Calculus Notes seem to have a lot of examples.
• Calculus at the Khan Academy: I've been underwhelmed by those vidoes I've seen, but you may well find a lot of useful technique description here.
