Tutorial Instructions
Your proposal should include :
- a tutorial title
- number of credits (1 credit = 3 hrs per week)
- what specifically you want to study
- what sources (web sites & books) you'll use
- what schedule of weeks & topics
- what gradeables (projects, papers, etc) you'll produce

a page with your work, thoughts, and questions
to discuss, e.g.
