Jim and I discussed where to go. We've decided that my project this semester will be to run some simulations of the attached gas-law experiment, then to actually run the experiment, and run some statistical analysis on the discrepancies between the simulation and the actual experiment.
- I checked out a couple of books regarding statistical analysis. One in particular has python code for statistical modeling and analysis, which is incredibly handy
Oct 20
- Doing reading. Getting through all this statistical analysis reading before I slap down anything concrete. Will do some practice analysis and graphing when I feel I've got a good grasp on what I should be coding.
