Downloadable code for the book, from their website :
- a text editor (not a word processor)
- an sftp client (to move files from your laptop to the web server)
- a browser with developer addons :
- firefox
- web developer
- firebug
- tamper data
- chrome ? (I haven't played around with it enough to know.)
Creating an HTML page and looking at it :
- loading the file(s) from your laptop
- putting it on a web server, and getting it from there
- one of these wiki directories
- your cs home directories
