and grading of the 1st tourney, but that hasn't

- Did you pick an model for "getting stuff done" that is working?
- What documents / goals / specifics have you chosen?
- Have you made some concrete first steps, namely
- have a working TEAM.py bot on csmarlboro (anything)
- have a way to test it (see for exampe this test framework
- stored changes : git add . ; git commit -m 'what I did'
- make sure everyone on your team can do those tasks !
- ... and _then_ add tests and functionality incrementally.
