So I spent some more time writing. I reworked a little of the Why_MinNo and started on a new paper to actually describe making the compiler, talking about racket, ect ect. The new paper is in a pretty early state and by no means finished, but the basic structure is present and I think it is in a place where I could get feedback on what it is going to address in a big picture sense.
