The Prefuse toolkit is a java toolkit which allows for the (relatively) easy creation of interactive information visualization programs. If you want to compile any of the source you need to build it with prefuse in your classpath. Since I've been using eclipse to do all this I'm not quite sure how thats done on the command line. Hopefully I'll have it figured out relatively quickly
