1. Discuss wiki and how to use it.
- Standing weekly assignment: report on what you did, including occasional photos / videos uploaded.
2. Ground rules : plagiarism, copyright, and all that.
3. Picking a 0th project, and ordering stuff : can be simple, but do need to get going. I can help with credit cards, online ordering if needed. Propose / order by next week
- look at simplest "learning" projects on arduino site
4. Introductions : go around and discuss background, skills, goals
5. Go over simple circuits :
- V, I, R basics with pictures and definitions
- using multimeter & alligator clips to measure V, I
- same with breadboard
- discuss soldering and circuit boards
6. demo Arduino basics
- programming in C language (lots of examples)
- start talking about connectors
