undergrad computing conference

A group of us will probably go to an undergrad computing conference in April. There's a poster session where you can share your work - a class project, part of your plan, or whatever - and see what students at other schools have done.

The posters outside my office are examples.

To present a poster, you first submit a brief abstract using their template, then if accepted send them a poster file and bring a printed one to display.

student poster abstracts due : Mon March  2
camera-ready poster copy due : Mon March 30
early registration deadline  : Mon April  6

Cost

• Student registration by deadline is $ 60 ... there may be college funds.
• Poster printing is about $ 50 ... covered by Jim if he keeps the poster.
